Plant will be sent bare rooted unless stated. Each plant wil have a paper Plant Plassport supplied, but will not have a plastic label. The name of the plant on the label will be the latest (often based on DNA evidence) at Kew Garden’s Plants of the World Online.
Plants will normally be sent by Royal Mail. Shipping costs will be shown after adding to cart but most second class packages will be £3.50 however many plants are ordered. Please contact us for local collection/delivery in Sheffield and we can either do a Paypal money request, or alternatively you can complete an order online and we will refund the postage costs.
We will always try to use the smallest boxes available to minimize shipping costs. Orders that include an item on Back Order will be delay until all items are ready for dispatch.
Items will normally be despatched Monday-Wednesday after ordering unless item is on backorder. You will receive an email once order is completed and dispatched.
We now only ship to the UK, but this now includes the Channel Islands.
Dispatch may be delayed during cold weather.
